Hi Kar81, So since you have moved from your nominated state what do the surveys have an outcome on it? Did your state leave you from the obligation? Did you receive any communication from the state about it? My friend is in the same boat who came just a week ago so need to know how this will progress?

Hi All, with 190 visa,is it compulsory to live in the state that has sponsored a person? If the visa holder's extended family lives in another state ,then can the visa holder change the state ,say after 2-3 months.Is there any provision to change the state?

Hi all, I got the direct grant letter 10 minutes ago at 8.58 am. Applied: 31/10/14 Grant today: 23/12/14 Yesterday when I read granted for 30/10/14,I thought I had 50-50 chances of coming today or tomorrow.So today kept checking email since 7.30 am. Very delighted and happy...Best Christmas gift ever! I knew from past ,last years thread and through friends that they take whole months lot to finish especially before holidays and with lot of time and efforts I made sure I apply on 31st Oct only as I came to adelaide on 31st October 2012. All d best to everyone waiting .I m sure you will have Christmas or new year's gift waiting for you all.. Thanks a lot to this forum admin and all members for help.

Hi all, Congrats to all those u got grant emails yesterday and today!!! So 25th Oct is cleared. I am on border line, applied on 31st Oct. Don't know if they will work next week 3 days and anything gonna happen? Does anyone know if they work on working days during Christmas week? Might be Christmas gift, if not then definitely New year gift!!! All d best to everyone!!!

With current trend from about a month,I would say people have got PR in 2 months and that too mostly Indians or may be lots Indian in this forum!!!

Congrats to those who got their PR grant today!!! Looks like they are doing something this week...last weeks wasn't that good....As compared to last month that we saw they finished 3 months files in a month..its not happening this month !!!!but hope so they finish all other previous months backlog along with all October ones....Fingers crossed

Good news mate,Congratulations.... October's open finally!!with last couple of days no news of PR grants made it bit doubtful as I applied on 31st Oct being last date..But now looks like all Oct pple are going to get their Christmas gift soon..Keep posting guys. hope Father Santa(Immi) is generous to us!!!lol

Hi Manny, In my application that showed from day one so i dont think the application is being processed further as still september files are going on & i applied on 31st oct n since yours is november it is still in queue.

Hi mate, Hope they will finish October files before going for christmas break...the trend now is 2 months so fingers crossed..I applied on 31st oct so hoping to be contacted in december ..lets see ..this week was a bit slower..looks like they are also clearing the backlogs of June -Aug. A friend who applied on 2nd July got 887 on 26/11/14 after many queries and its resolution.

Hi guys, Looks like they are still in september ones.The latest read here is 19th september so looks like one more week to finish september and then october may start.U guys may get before christmas as u guys applied in first week or so but mine can be bit dicey as i applied on 31st Oct..'all d best to everyone
