Nursing books??

You really need to get the list from Uni first to see which ones are required. Two of my girls did the course five years apart and had to use completely different textbooks. There was only we managed to pass on and that was the dictionary.

Make sure that you also have the CD that goes with the books if they are secondhand.

Congratulations on being accepted. I cant speak on the Aussie front as I'm not there yet, but here in England you have to make sure you're books are new or at least a very recent edition as the uni's here expect your work to come from the very latest sources. As a tip: when you use a book check to see if a newer edition has been reprinted as they'll expect you to quote the latest version.

Hi,

 

I have a friend here in SA that started the course last year but found out she was pregnant after about 2 months. She is now moving to Brissie in a few weeks. If you find out what you need, and if they are the same as last year she would probably be glad to sell them on.

-Contexts of Nursing

-Health care & the law

-The eleventh bicennial health report of the Australian Istitute of Health & welfare

- Epidemiology

-Determining Australia's Health, Custom Publication

-Looking forward through the lifespan

-Microbiology & infection control for health professionals

-Human Anatomy & Physiology

- Nurses Dictionary also very hand
