Hi, we've just got a few days before the crew come and pack our belongings. With regard to the shoes, bikes etc how much of the jeyes did you put on stuff? Should i go mad with it or just enough so theres a slight whiff of it.

We put none on our shoes but put some golf shoes etc in the washing machine. If you have golf shoes, take the cleats out - football studs as well. We only did our golf bags which I wiped with a damp cloth and Jeyes and then wiped it with a damp, clean cloth. Basically, make sure everythings clean. I put some of my tools in the dishwasher and then sprayed them with WD40 and wrapped them in cloth.
