We moved to Hallett Cove on Monday and managed to get our kids into Hallett cove east school.

They have been there 4 weeks and have settled well.

We would love to meet up or have a chat on the phone over the hols. We have 3 kids a boy of 10 and 2 girls who are 5.

My husband is a plumber too and i am a nursery assisstant so similar to your situation!

We found the library here a godsend too when we arrived. Our container arrived on Tuesday so have had fun unpacking everything.

Just need to get the xmas tree up now.

Just got broadband and phone connected today with Telstra. Very good.

Pm us if you fancy catching up.

Hi Suzanne, Looks like we'll see you at Michelle and Gavin's bbq. Sounds like it will be quite a turn out. Im really looking forward to meeting everyone. Have just got our phone today with Telstra but are still waiting for the outcome for internet (our status is still maybe?? but should find out today). We also on Hallet cove and was going to post a similar message when I saw this!, we have been here a week after spending three weeks in noarlunga. Hubby has got work and I have no transport except for my feet, my youngest is Olivia and started Hallet cove east for a week and we have Bella who is three. I have been worn out this week walking around with the buggy and it was so hit Thursday an fri.

I have been ok just got to think of stuff for the kids to do in the long holidays (yet again) I would love to meet up with anyone here

who want to chat have a bru etc, it can get a bit lonely being with no adult company all day think I will crack up if I don't socialise soon.

After discussing availability with people and looking at the weather we are going to have the next BBQ on the 29th at our house again. As per the discussions at the last BBQ please bring whatever meat and drink you want with you and we will do a big salad and a few other bits.
