Sunday Roasts near Flagstaff Hill

Hi All,

 

Can anyone recommend a good restaurant / pub that does a good family / roast meal on a sunday?

 

We live in Flagstaff Hill so near (ish)

the belair hotel main rd blackwood/glenalta kids eat free on sunday good food

Definately the Belair for my first local choice but quite like the Duck at Coromandel and the Crown at Reynella. The Flagstaff hotel used to be very good but I've heard a few bad comments recently. If you fancy a trip further afield, the Victoria at Strathalbyn is great value (especially midweek) and there are loads of other good pubs in the Hills - Stirling, Handorf, Macclesfield, Aldgate, Verdun, Naine ........... (all within 30 - 40 minutes from Flagstaff Hill and most offer a roast at weekends)

Havent been here yet, but picked up a leaflet from the butchers in Reynella.

Simply Organoleptic winery as above does British Sunday roasts. Best to book though as it can get busy.
