Hi we're looking for a bit of general advice, we came out here in December on my husbands 457, he was offered a job and the visa was sorted and we were here within 3 months, so our mid life crisis has involved moving to the other side of the world, it wasn't really something that we had been looking to do but as he wasn't working in the UK seemed like a good opportunity, the thing is we love it and are thinking of applying for PR but Mark will be 50 in October, the question is would we still be eligible, we are getting in touch with a migration company but wonder if anyone else has any experience of this sort of thing.
