Travel time from Brighton to East of City

Hi

 

I have found employment East of the city approx 3km, can someone please advise, how long, difficult would the commute be from Brighton/Warradale area daily around 6.30am and 2.30pm and 10pm by car and public transport?

 

I have looked on google maps and it states approx 30mins but it also states 28mins from Henley Beach which looks alot closer?

Confused.com
