Gilles Plains Primary Schools

We hope to arrive in Adelaide by July 2013. My elder kid is 6+ and we have to find a good school for her in Gilles Plains as we plan to reside there. I heard about Wandana primary School. Can anybody share their experiences or understandings Please.

I don't know the area or schools so can't help with actual experience but if you look on myschool.edu.au you can search for schools in the area and see the Naplan results. Also try looking at the school's own website if they have one as this can give you quite a feel for the school. If you can find the context statement on the school's website have a read of that as well as it gives a fair bit of info about the demographic of the kids, the approach to teaching etc.
