Hi all,

 

Just wondering if anyone has been through a tenancy dispute tribunal regarding a letting agent wanting to retain some of the bond, and how was the experience? Is the system here weighted in favour of landlords or tenants?

 

I have all this to come and not looking forward to it, would welcome any advice.
