The only visa which you can apply for your wife is partner visa subclass 309 which actually is the first stage. Once your wife will successfull in getting this visa, then next step is to apply for Partner migrant visa subclass 100. You can read more about this visa on the following link:

Hi 887ak, I didn't fill form 1221, only form 80. yes, oversea police check, 12 month Payslips, and 2 yr utility bills (5-6 each bills for ele, gas, phone and water).

hi friends...looks like every one got visa or case officer until 8th of Oct......in my case nothing happen..even my friend applied on 26th oct he got direct grant on 16th feb....i am bit tensed...please help me any one in same situation......and one more thing how to contact by phone immigration 131 881....or any direct number to gsm...131 881 and what to select in options for our application......going nuts......getting mad........please friends help me....... nothing happening in my case...4 and half months

Hi Venky .. Same in my case I applied 887 on 21st sep 2015, my CO allocated on 19th December and he requested for more documents which I submitted very next day. Since then dint heard anything from them. No luck yet. I am really tensed too..

When I rang immigration office they said you have to be patience that's all we can help you.I don't know why they taking so long. My friends got their PR in 5-6 weeks and it's already 4 months to me.
