Case officer allocated today and asked partners English test. I don't know we already attached it. Because she did IELTS before we lodged 489...

hi mate ielts valid for 3 years. And if it's expired u need to book a test again I think. But if your wife has conducted any diploma or degree in English medium she can use that as a replacement for ielts results. All the best

If it's valid 3years then it should be ok. We did not certified any documents they only asked the above document needs to certify...

@AK12DEC2015 Mate, As long as you can fulfil one of the above criteria from the list, is should be fine. And personally, I would suggest to go for PTE because, it can be done within a week.

wait for your 887 visa approval..if your provisional visa is still valid then you are still under the condition s of that visa..your bridging visa will only take effect once your TR visa expires..

you havent breach your visa conditions based on the points you raised..so you're all good..at this pointyou cannot move to a non regional area while your application in on process. your case officer might question you why you did not stay in your sponsoring state but this should not affect the outcome of your application as you mentioned, it was not specified that you should stay in your sponsoring state's regional area

Even for me 6 months + nothing is happening............. seems like going through security check......... i have heard for security checks might take extra time................ no idea what does this security check means / is this really true...............
