If only our computer had not broken down I would have read your post before taking it to a major repair shop . The customer service was ****, caused all sorts of problems with our phone line and home security and charged us for things we did not ask for !!!!!! We will NOT be going there again.

 

which shop was it? name and shame :policeman:
