Hi guys, That 2 year time is coming up for us... Just wondered if anyone had done the 887 recently and exactly what to do ? I take it that after the 2 year anniversary has passed you arm yourself with all your docs etc your credit card and apply on line. Would anyone be helpful and nice please and pass on any tips or even a direct link to the correct place ? also how do you obtain a federal police check and how long does it take ? Careful Julia ! You may get slammed on here for saying those "true" things ! Our main reasons are those you state and the "weather" !! There are do gooders on here that dont like it if you say you dont like the "invasion" of the UK. the "loss" of British identity ! its sad too see the country our grandfather fought for go to the "dogs" I too would never say never go back to UK, but if I can afford it I would go to the scottish coast or the south cornwall/devon coast, never back to Lancashire ! The race riots are quite frequent now I notice on the BBC news website, very sad. Good day to you all and watch out for the flack !! lol

Even though it is family and they are supposed to love you they are often jealous you had the balls to do it and/or of the lifestyle. Yes it can be hard but for most it is worth it and those that wont speak to you are that nasty kind of possesive jealous love as if you love someone you should be able to set them free if thats their desire ! My husbands mother in her 70's and alone travevelled to Oz to various cities to see 3 of her children. She has since passed away..my parents just under 70 do not have the forsight to juts book a flight and just get here, they prefer to sit in their perfect little home snow bound ! They rarley call me I call them and initiate the skype chats because they say "you are busier than us" well F...K em thats what I say I am happier than I have been for 20 years ! been her nearly 2 and I love it ! I totally agreed with bring everything. Its not juts they money, its the familiarity of your own things which is nice and also the time spent shopping when its a job we all need. I also wish I had not given my knee high boots away and winter coats. I would also look into costing about bringing your own cars as we lost a lot selling the uk ones and then bought new here cos we didnt want a second hand car con merchant selling us a pile of trouble. Can you make money from selling you own home, banking the dosh and moving into a rental, buying land and having a house built ? moving in to avoid capital gains tax, then selling after a qualifying ? period to make a profit ??

yes but you cant book it and if it is full, like it could be st xmas you rist having to pay for the short term !

Hi we have a cat, which get bought from RSPCA here, she was micro chipped and desexed. She does not stray far, and stay mostly in our garden or on our roof depending whats around ! lol We also keep her in at night, although she wakes us to go out early in the morning. We live near ther beach. However, if you choose to live in the hills and near koalas and other wild animals I would keep my cat indoors and use a litter tray.

Thanks for that.. We do use skype on video calls but I agree on wireless it is not always that good and somethimes we give up and call using the traditional telephone ! Besides its not always easy facing the parents ! LOL I might like to phone whilst doing the ironing ! so the plain old phone is useful Lynne
