I have the same scenario.. my 1st year residence here was a shared accomadation so I submitted the stat dec, letters to prove address.. I also had the same doubt like you do.. But past few montgs many members got grants who had same scenario.. atleast partially with shared accomadation.. so I would not worry if we have stat dec and couple more letters as address proofs [emoji3] Sent from my SM-G610F using Tapatalk

Well your snail club getting disolved it seems.. And suprising about all the strange requests.. Having said that patience will be the element that will keep you alive.. well.. if they ask for additional info we have not much choice other than providing all we can and patiently waiting. Nope I dont think so.. what I think is the process is overall slow.. so the delay is more for all the second timers.. I dont think they would go for cross checks with the home country unless its absolutely necessary. Sent from my SM-G610F using Tapatalk
