You casual worker can apply for early release of super fund and there is no requirement of 12 months employment as a casual for this. This requirement is for job keeper payment only. However, You can check ato website for further clarification.

Hello everyone, I am eligible for applying citizenship on 23rd of June 2020, however I filled up and attested (identity declaration) from Medical practitioner who knows me for 3 years. I have made this form ready before hand like on 4 May 2020 in order to avoid hassle at last moment, problem is medical practitioner have put date on both photograph - rear and on 1195 form to maintain the record at clinic even I asked her not to put date as I will write when I will apply but she refused and said I need to have a copy of it with date. So if I apply on 23 June 2020 with attestation date of 04 May 2020 would be a problem or it has to be 23 June 2020 or after? i have also not written any date under my signature and didn’t even write TRN number because I haven’t started application yet. if any one has gone through with similar kind of problem please guide me before I lodge application. thanks

That’s fine if your wife doesn’t meet 2 years residency because she is secondary applicant. Residency and work experience proof is for main applicant. if you guys have baby then little one will be granted 489 under both you as a family.

If your 489 visa still valid then you do not need bridging visa to travel overseas.

Why you need to upload spouse payslips and rent agreement as it’s mainly main applicant documents..

Just give educational documents such as completion letter, transcript for secondary level of studies or degree level to demonstrate Functional English level. you don’t need to do Pte or ielts again.

If secondary applicant has done some studies like diploma or bachelor degree in australia it would be enough to proof functional English level. Otherwise if secondary applicant has completed study overseas but conducted in English that would also help.. I did use for my partner

Well docs have been uploaded on immi account since past 3 weeks but no response. if any members can share email add who have gone through recently that would be much better off otherwise last option would be by post. Hello guys, Asking for a friend who lodged 887 visa couple of months ago (bridging visa is not active yet as 489 visa still valid until another year) but baby born after lodgement and wants to add new applicant on current file. Any senior members or anyone share experience that how long new born baby visa takes after submitting form 1022 changes in circumstance along with new born passport and Birth certificate on immi account? It’s been 3 weeks no response yet for baby 489 visa with bridging visa notification. As he lodged recently so no visa officer assign yet. Anyone recommend he should send these document by email and post as well? if anyone has sent documents for baby recently by email please share that email address that would be a great help for him. thanks

Hello everyone. Great news !! I just received grant email an hour ago. Finally after 10 years of struggle we got it. There were loads of ups and downs due to change of rules etc. Applied on 16/04/2018 Co - Divithotawela assigned on 23rd May 2019, requested new AFP for partner. Also, partner Functional English ability docs even provided intermediate educational certificates conducted in English. But after request email I also submitted more than two years Australian work experience for her and updated AFP. Uploaded docs by 30th May 2019 Visa granted: 24 June 2019 - Co - Wilson

Same here been contacted by case officer on 23rd May 2019 and no response yet.

Sunny, Same here they requested for AFP as mine and partner ones old year old. Also requested for partner functional English language ability even though I provided her school and intermediate certificate conducted in English. After this request I also uploaded more than two years Australian work experience in order to have more evidence for this. How did you lodge complain?

Hi Chieu, dont worry just get him to australia before you apply 887 and then he will be under your 887 visa application once you lodge it, because 887 visa is on shore only and also it’s not mandatory for him to complete 2 years in regional areas. As long as primary applicant meet requirements of living and working that’s fine.

Hey Ekam, Congratulations!! just wanted to know when you were first contacted by visa officer on 17-May 2019, was it same officer who granted you visa? Because I have same visa officer - Divithotawela. Applied on 16Apr2018, visa officer assigned on 23rd May 2019 for partner functional language ability and afp. Provided by 30May19 and waiting since then. thanks

He also said to me if you can’t provide details for security reason that’s fine, I will sent you request form and your file will be back in the queue. Still on that time I didn’t realise but I thought visa officer can’t say that plus I was shocked that they call as well. I called back immigration right after and they were shocked but after taking my personal details they checked on the system it was legit call and same visa officer has sent an email already for further assessment such as more documents like afp

Unfortunately he contacted me through call on 23rd May but due to security reason I didn’t provide him details because I was reluctant as its legitimate call or what and I thought visa officer never calls. He got offended when I said I don’t feel satisfy to share personal info and then he said ok and sent an email for further documents. Since that time I am waiting for response but seems he had put me back in the queue now , I did big mistake !!
