Yah, I finally made it to this group, after 18 months, 4 days for our 887 Citizenship here we come.. -
Cel you must write a proper complaint to the right complaints department on line, forget ringing them is doesn’t work. We heard back within 4 days with our grants. You’ve gone over the waiting time so they have to listen. Good luck

Well we did it..... “GRANT ! “ Finally our golden email today! 18 months and 4 days later..
