Finally the day has arrived and waiting is over Granted PR today 7/8/2020 Applied 20/5/2019 First Contacted on 3/6/2020 (Functional English, Passport of new born, medical) Updated on 21/7/2020 Granted today. Thanks everyone for your moral support and logical suggestions. May you all get it soon!

Even then try to write letter and get signed from manager/head with his full address. There must be a physical address if it is a company.

May be someone faced same, but i would suggest write your own letter and give to your manager to modify and sign for you. Try to print on with company logo.

Yes, she need medical examination. Anyone from your dependent list will go for medical even not moving to Australia this time.

I would suggest you to apply without your baby's passport and mention in cover letter that you will submit it asap. Also submit the receipt as a proof that passport application is under process.

Yes your boy need medical and CO will generate HAP ID for you when needed. My boy is 10 months old and CO asked me his medical.
