Hi, You may do it by sending email to same CO who granted your 489 visa. you can find his/her email from your 489 visa grant notice.

Hi, Some one might have experience in updating new born details. On form 1022 there are some confusions, 1- at number 12, client number or file number. Is it from 489 visa or 887 application? 2- at number 14, should we write the details of baby under "new correct details" eg. name, dob etc. Thanks.

Hi, As per my understanding, you have to wait for passport before updating immigration. If you update first even then they will require passport to issue visa.

What was the reason for rejection? You may opt for spouse visa re appeal but better to apply your 887 first and bring your wife later.

Hi, Are we allowed to live & work in ACT on 489? In low population areas immi has mentioned all states except ACT.

It's not necessary for partner to fulfill 2 year in regional area, however, once she/he in Australia, they must live together.

Yes you may book for your wife because functional English is valid for only 1 year and competent is valid for 2 years.
