You can leave the visa number 'blank" because it is for the old style visas, now a days there is no visa label. Second Question regarding heading is ok

Hi, Bupa doesn't cover every thing. After waiting period finish, they will cover 70 to 80% (Bupa panel doctors) and 50 to 60% (any private doctor). Normally you have to pay and then claim it from Bupa. Other costs like Xrays also have some money from your pocket, however, Blood tests are covered fully. Regards,

Hi Junaid, In my view it should be no issue. Most of the employees are entitled to 2 to 4 week paid annual leave. So you may spent that in Australia or overseas.

I'm not sure. one friend told should not enter their names. But I have added their names and just confused that what docs they can ask me?

@Akie To show relationship, I provided marriage certificate, family registration certificate, child birth certificate, wife id (have husband name) and some photos of marriage ceremony. I was asked for extra documents one time that I provided. Total time of grant was within 3 months.

I didn't provide any STAT dec for family, however, a marriage certificate and family registration certificate from your country. Will be good if you provide some marriage photos. I hope it will help.

Thanks JoeIAm, I have another question about employment. There is nothing mentioned about employment in online application as they ask for residence. Is it normal?

If we don't mention visa number and visa type has only word 'Skilled", how CO will find that which visa we had? sorry for a basic question.
