I sent another complain today morning and just received the standard response two hours later (the previous complain response was 3 days later). hopefully they can do something from their end to June/July Files very soon.

what are the criteria to fall down in that 10% pool, depending on what? we provided all the documents requested from us.

I applied 02 July 18 same as you. got contacted by CO Sophorn on 23/05/19, same as you. sent complaint on 20 November 2019, received standard response. call them yesterday, nothing changed.

I gave them a call just now as I passed the processing time, the operator looked to the file (which was not expected and have not happened with the previous call which the response was just wait without looking at the application) and told me some applicants (small amount) can wait more over the published processing time and there is no limit for that waiting

what happened to July files, have they totally forgot about them or what?
