  1. 1) You must have documents stating your Hours, which is equivalent to Full time working hours. Your Payslip is the best supporting document 2) Every year you have 4 weeks of Annual leave so 8 weeks are good, But if you were out of Country for Work related the you can claoim more than that as well. In my case i was 8 weeks on my annual leave and 4 weeks for work related. IMMI considered all and granted 887. 3) Even after completing your 2 yrs, you must be in designated area only as per your 489 visa. Infact, untill your 489 is valid. You will get bridging visa immediately but it will come in effect once 489 expire. Thanks
  2. Did your baby has any visa? IMMI will 1st give same visa to your baby which you have. Since you have already applied Passport and planning for 887 Feb 2020 to apply , you can wait. Processing time for 887 is 18 months for now, so you can submit her passport after few months. Not sure if IMMI online will allow you to add your baby's name without passport number and date of expiry. Donot submit Police check immediately, as it is valid for 1 year only. So IMMI will ask you again. You can add it after 5-6 months.

  5. Yes I have two children, one born in India and other in Australia. I donot think you need to fill form 1229. I never did. For my new born baby in Australia, I submitted one form not sure but 1022 and all other details like Passport, birth certificate, passport size photo to get Bridging visa for her.
  6. No Need of getting any document certified if uploaded colour copy, If you wish then get it done with JP or Pharmacist.
