Hi During 2 yrs of your stay in designated area, you can visit other areas or Country in case of 1) work relaed trip 2) Annual leave That visit is usually not counted as non compliance for you application for 887. Thanks Sudip

Please also predict something for my Applciation. Applied 15/06/2018, 1st contacted 20.06.2019, updated 12/07/2019 with all requested detail.

Its better to be in Australia when applying 887.

Do you mean for all those who have updated after 1st contact. For ex. 3-5 months back. AFP is valid for 1yr. If it is close to expire, applicant must resubmit, otherwise if CO will ask for same, certainly will be delayed by 5-6 months minimum.

Since you are still on 489, you need visa for Bali. Apparently for Indian Citizens Visa is on arrival in Indonesia.

Hi Kamal I applied during same time 15th Jume 2018, 1st contact by CO-Grant, on 20th June 2019. Submitted all Document on 12th July 2019. After that no Contact from IMMI. Seems Grant has no Grant. Thanks Sudip

Great News, I wish i have added my detail in your appliation !! I applied on 15th June 2018, Last contacted on 20th June 2019 for my New born Baby's Passport, resubmitted AFP of myself and my wife, E-medical verification for baby on 12th of July. No Response after that. Tried to contact IMMI, but standard reply to wait 16 months before making any compalin. Thanks Sudip

As long as your 489 is valid, Bridiging visa will not be active. You can visit your home country. No BV-B required.

It seems that CO wants to get New Baby's Medical done against HAP ID, so it will get assessed by their Medical team.

Hi Apparantly , this is ok. You have your bank statement with you. How do they Pay you. Is it Hourly rate? If hourly, you can show your Invoice. You must have contract letter with your Customer. Thanks Sudip

I got my AFP done last month only. I was also away for for my work related toure from Feb 2017 to March 2017 and dinot mentioned that.

I just checked with IMMI call center ( Jonathan) replied that Though i qulaifed for 887 but still visa Condition 8549- Live/work/study in designated area of my prevailing visa (which is 496) is applicable. Which means i still cannot work in Non-Designated area. But i can ofree to work in all Designated areas which is available on my VEVO.(See attachement for my case).
