  1. It depends on case to case.Usually they grant BV-B in 2-3 days.
  2. No IELTS required, if you submit a letter that your Spouse has done her tertiary education in English. got this done for my wife and no English requirement now in my application for 887. I used the same letter which is did for 489.
  3. Baby's Visa status will depend on yours visa status. If you still on Bridging visa, then your Baby will also get Bridging Visa,
  4. You can search ATO website for medicare levy surcharge. It is purely based on your Income bracket.
  5. Hi It is Interim Medicare card, most probably valid for 1 year. But it will automatically renewed and deliverd to your address before end of interim period. You will get all medical benifits similar to PR holders. No need to get Private Health insurance after medicare it covers all general requirements. Once you will get it, you will be liable to pay 2% Medicare leavy of your Taxable income in your Tax. It will start from the date of issue and can be apportioned for that FY. Thanks

  7. Initially i got my 496 visa after 8 years of waiting period, so i am very hopefull that 887 will not take that long.
  8. Apparently You donot need to get this certified for your 887 visa, you can only submit Colour scanned copy of it.
  9. Though my 887 is still in process, but similar case with same status Of health check up for my new born Baby. Donot think anything to do now on this side. Thanks

  11. How old is your Son, And where did he born- I mean which country. If he is less than 6 months, you donot need to get BUPA medical done. Get a letter from your GP that He/She examined your baby and found is good health condition. There must be E-medical concent form as well. If yes sign and send both documents to the same email id. Once they will receive it, Health examination status for your child will be updated. Thanks

  16. Hi Vivek Bridging Visa A (BVA) will be issued to all applicants Automatically immediately after 887 submission. BVA will be effective once your 489 expire. Till then you are bound to obey all conditions of 489 or you get your PR. Yes you can visit your Home country, you donot nedd any other visa till 489 is active. Once your BVA will be active you need to have BVB to return Australia. Regarding your New Born Baby (If Baby is born in Australia), no medical require for 887. However you need to submit digned copy of E-Medical Consent form and a Certificate from your GP/or Pediatrician stating that they examimed your baby. Probably you Get HAP id from IMMI. Make sure you upload these documents and send them n requested email id as well.

  19. They sent me 21st June 2019 and Uploaded to my IMMI account on 12th July 2019. Then realised i have send them by email. So i send both E-Medical Consent form and Certificate from GP to them. Now Health check Status of my Baby on IMMI is Document updated on 26th Sept. Thanks
  20. Hi Ankit What is the status of your Baby's Health requirement on IMMI account. Make sure you have send Signed copy of E-mdical Consent form and Medical Certificate from GP through email. I am on same boat. Submitted on 12th July and waiting. Thanks Sudip
