  2. This is very sad state of affairs for any one to go through... due to this time consuming process. This has been raised in the parliament...hopefully some action to follow. Hopefully this ends well.

  6. Patience pays rich dividends and I have received one today No complaints, provided what was asked for almost a month back and today received the grant. Its done ! Thank you everyone who been part of this wonderful journey. @Stellajane @Megrand1 @Jessi @nudgee @Dee and so many others over here, this forum has travelled a long way from last year where it all started. It is a great forum, helping out each other without knowing each other .. Keep up the good work everyone. Stay blessed Stay humble.

  9. I am very hopeful on this week, for both of us.. I had submitted the documents 19 May itself... Patiently waiting Yes ombudsman will give a standard response...nothing much to read in that..
  10. Hang in there mate. 28 days officially over today .. We should see some action this week .. on an average they have responded back around 30th or 33rd day..after a query has been raised. I am just holding of my complaint... to not receive a standard response. We should hear soon...
