Hi All Car experts, I am planning to buy a new car and want to choose from one Cherokee or Outback. I would really like to go for Jeep - but everybody around me suggesting Jeep is not reliable and maintenance is expensive. On the other hand Subaru is reliable and less expensive maintenance. Before I go for one - can you guys suggest anything in perspective to Adelaide ?

Hi, I am applying for my parents online as a sponsor; I was discussing with one of my friends while applying and he suggested the process as But in practice at the last step of application when I click Submit - I get the payment option and it looks like without paying I can't submit the application !! Can anybody please help and tell me if I should pay at this stage and proceed ? What are the documents I might need to submit once the application is lodged ?

Update: Called Brisbane phone number in the morning and the lady requested me to wait for a while and finally confirmed that my visa will be finalized shortly and soon after I hung up got my visa approval email. Thanks everyone for your support.

As far I know as soon as you apply for 887 you are no longer entitled for the Medicare Levy Exception; You should have got your Medicare Card as soon as you applied for PR, isn't it ?

Called the public number again today and was told its going through some internal check [anybody, any idea what is that actually ?] !!

Just called 131881 and after one hour of queue - what I was told that my application processing was last updated on March and now I have to contact the team10 via email to see why is it holding !! - So, frustrating !!

Applied August 4, 2014; Got CO on November 4 - Asked for Form 80 and updated. Till then emailed couple of times asking if anything else is needed - Answered nope and here I am waiting...

Hi applicant887 and others, As you suggested I just called to 07 3136 7000 and the lady just said she doesn't have any update regarding my application and for further queries I better communicate via email Bad luck I guess. Any other suggestion ?

Thanks applicant887. But should I really try Brisbane GSM Team !! I thought Team 10 is from Adelaide - In face all the communications I am receiving is from adelaide.gsm.team10@immi.gov.au - which does look like from Adelaide, isn't it ? Or am I missing anything ? Thanks a lot again.

Anybody know of the contact number for Team 10, Adelaide ? Its been almost 1 year since I have applied for and got CO but not granted my PR yet - even though lots of people who applied afterwards got theirs' approved !! I have contacted Team 10 couple of times and they always comes up with same reply that they are trying their best and the processing varies from person to person !! I want to give them a call now - any suggestion ?

Hi all, Is there anyone recently updated their passport info? I am on 475 and I emailed my case officer attaching my new passport's scanned copy and a filled 929 form. It's been more than 9 days and I haven't heard back from them - not even an acknowledgement receipt. I am being so frustrated as my application for 887 is due a the end of this month and I also need to apply for Police Check before applying for 887. Anybody have any idea what's going ? or share their experience and suggestions ?

Hi All, Right now I am living in Adelaide with a 475 visa and soon will be applying for 887. When I started in Adelaide I shared accommodation with one of my friends for 6 months. The house was actually rented by my friend. Now as I need to submit proof of my living in that address what are the documents that I need to submit that you think sufficient ? I have heard there is a some kinda form that can be filled up and signed by the person who rented the house and attested by JP - need to be submitted. Can anybody refer me any link where I can find the form ? Thanks in advance.

I Jessica Thanks a lot for your response. As far I have checked I din find any Microsoft Certification on their list. Is it anything I missed ? What exam your partner took, anyway ?!
