Hi Taffordbark

 

Why don't you try sending a PM to Ready Penny. Haven't seen her on here for a month or so, but her husband is also a carpet fitter and got a job fixed up before he arrived, from memory. He may have a few contacts by now.

Have you called into flooring/carpet shops??

A lot are franchises so you would need to call personally into each one.

A personal call does help,if the place does not have any work they might just know where there is some.

"It's who you know" in most trades!
