1) does national police clearance work for AFP requirement in future docs

2) I don't have any utility bills / lease agreement for a period of 6 months when I landed here but have bank statement for that address... would that work ??

I applied for 887 on 10-May and received CO email on Sep 22nd asking for:

 

- account statements showing income deposit (I save the pay summary as PDF from bank website)

- Notice of Assessment 2015/2016 (already have it)

- Lease agreement and utility bills for my previous address

- and Evidence of Functional English for my wife

 

I don't have utility bills or any correspondences showing my previous address living for 10 months in a shared house. I just have a sharing rental agreement signed by the proprietor including sharing condition (pay, bills, rent amount,...). has anyone used this form and faced any problem?

 

Also I submitted my wife's IELTS result when lodging my case. The result expires on 10-May too. shall she sit for another IELTS exam or pay the fee?

Hi Shahab.

For the shared house, you need to provide statutory declaration (thats what one of my friend did and was granted visa). please google it for more evidence and your confidence.

for your wife's functional English requirement, she should be fine as you have mentioned; her result was valid when you lodged the application. I believe you know that for functional English IELTS result is valid for 1 year.

Hi guys really need to get some information about bridging visa 887.one of my friends applied for 887 visa and he got a confirmation saying that application received but he did not receive a bridging visa . It's been couple of days now. He went to the immigration as well and they also have no idea what happened an asked him to wait for bridging visa. Right now no visa for him. Has anyone experienced something like this??? Really appreciate if someone can help . Thanks guys

I worked in saudi from July 2009 to August 2014 and I came here in Australia last Sept 2014. I got my saudi police clearance last May 2013 when I'm still in Saudi which is the one that I submitted in the application but still the CO requested to submit a new saudi police clearance. Now I keep searching on how to obtain a police clearance from saudi while im here in Australia. Anybody can help me or can give any idea about this? Thanks in advance.

we normally go to the required country embassy from where you needed the police clearance...

try saudi embassy in australia..for sure it will help..

Last week C/O requested me polio certificate of myself, my wife and my oldest son. And also ask for functional English of my wife but he didn't ask anything for my 5 months(new born) old son.

Later in the afternoon, received second email from the same C/O requesting me forward polio certificate of myself, wife and my oldest son. He didn't ask for functional English this time but what he added is, medical of my 5 months(new born) old son.

Now the questions are;

which email(check list) should I follow?

should I provide functional English if my wife? As he didn't requested in his second email?

When I called to book an appointment of my 5 months old (new born) son for medicalbupa said they can't do the medical of kids under six months old. They advised if I need to do the medical of my son either I've to wait until he turns to six months or I need to do with my local GP. I

could anyone please advised me on above mentiond issues. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi,

You may want to clarify the need for a Saudi PCC with your CO. From Experience, dealing with the Saudis on anything is a pain, which you may want to avoid.

It doesn't seem right to request a PCC for a country that you have not visited since you came to Australia.

They confused you alot

the only better way is to ring them or email the same CO and ask him whether which email to follow and how to get the medicals for a 5 month old baby..and how to get the polio certificate for urself n wife..
