I am little irritated, but if anyone of you can help would be good.

 

I got a mail from CO stating that i need to give evidence of work and hence I gave my payslips and Tax returns also since I am running my own business as sole trader, I gave Activity Statement as well.

 

Now CO has returned and saying I have pending documents for PAYG and business Statements (which I had uploaded initially).

 

Can someone guide me where I am going wrong and if there is any esacalation level in Adelaide office ( i mean I uploaded all documents and yet asking for same documents again and again is little disturbing or else I am doing something wrong.)

 

If someone can enlighten me would be good.

Can anyone please tell me how much is English education charges (EEC/Second instalment) for 887 visa? Someone told me if someone can prove functional english he/she can get refunded of EEC. Is it true? Anyone had person experience? Please reply.

as far i know it's $4890 and can't get refunded once visa granted. if you have more info or you find out please share.thanks

Please email to 13 or silver top and get the Logon Log off report and please also Email TSC and they also give you the log on and log off reports which is must to grant a visa please don't call TSC as they give you the answer saying ask your Taxi company I got the same answer but when I email they send me a form and ask for the dates

I applied 887 on 28 May 2016 and then on 27 September, CO requested more documents in regards to latest payslips, PAYG, and proof of current address.

I submitted the requested documents on 11 September.

My questions are:

- Will the CO comes back and requesting further documents?

- How long will it takes for the CO to grant my visa once I provided the CO with the further requested documents?

For the shared house, you need to provide statutory declaration (thats what one of my friend did and was granted visa). please google it for more evidence and your confidence.

for your wife's functional English requirement, she should be fine as you have mentioned; her result was valid when you lodged the application. I believe you know that for functional English IELTS result is valid for 1 year.

Recently I updated the forms when I was free, but I do have one confusion. Most of the recent applicants didn't state clearly if they wanted to be added into the form. I'm afraid to invade their privacy if I add them into the list or they won't update their status in the future, which makes little sense to add them into the table.

 

I have been here for more than two years and I found the form is very helpful for me to predict how long the process takes and when I am probably allocated a CO, which makes me relaxed for most of the time after submitting the application. To put your name into the list and to update your status is the easiest way you give something back to this forum after you get help from others.

 

This is an open forum and that means there's no one in charge or taking responsibilities to update the forms. All is about volunteering. To help others is to help ourselves. It's easy to add your name or new status into the form by yourself actually. What I did is I copy the latest form into an excel document, then insert a new row between the appropriate dates, type your name and status and finally copy the new form and post it into a new thread here. That's all.

You're right. After CO is allocated, the status in your immiaccount will be changed accordingly.
