I applied on 10th dec 2018 

Had new born baby on jan 2020

Send doc to immigration on 11th april of newborn passport,form 1022 and birth certificate. 

18th april 2020 Received requests from CO cassandra for sons medical test from GP AND SIGNED form of medical consent form. 

21st april sent GP letter and signed form of medical consent. 

Awaiting reply from CO

Hi all can anyway answer this mine and my wife's UK police clearance expired (12 months) in Feb 2020 we have done application for new one in April 2020 and have not got it yet.(in the post)

We have not been back to the UK since 887 application will it still be needed?

If you allready have a interim (blue card) you should get new (full green) automatically

We'll all get there guys, just encourage ourselves there's always a light after the tunnel.

The past year, I had ectopic so lost the supposed to be my first baby, I was bed bound for 3 months last year, I was bullied at work for standing firm on the values on our organisation, I left that job, my husband left end of March this year, doctor is checking if I have a breast Ca or Lung Ca but had cleared it.

So even all those sufferings there's always hope.

1. Is your IELTS expired "on the date of 887 visa application", If yes you might be asked for functional english. IELTS - Update documentary evidence to prove FE. Remember IELTS for immigrations purposes is valid for three years. 
2. Education, Have completed in Australia or any English Speaking countries - If yes You might not be asked for functional english. If not probably consider updating FE evidence.

If your applications  is due to be considered revisit these questions, you might avoid the unnecessary trouble.

On the subject applications processed in states other than SA are not being asked, is really a suspense to live with. Only Immigration department can answer that. One would imagine the rules of processing remains consistent across the processing areas.

New police clearance is not required if you had already submitted at the time of application & had not gone overseas after that.Is the date on PCC that you had already submitted is after the application lodged date?If yes you don’t need new.

Hi I applied 887 visa on 18 March case officer has requested further documents I have a question my husband had a common assault and case officer is asking statutory declaration and explanation can that effecton my file bit stressed please help thanks
