No unfortunately we cannot remove any docs from IMMI, however you can submit an incorrect answer form if you accidentally upload wrong doc

Well hoping you get it soon then. Keep complaining if you don't though! And its good to complain online too (you will need to give add your application reference number. which you can access on your immi account)

AGREE ! If everyone keeps complaining it will put the pressure on them. And don't just let your agents "call". You need to go and complain online yourself.

 At the end of the day - the processing time is completely unreasonable and there is no real excuse for it. SO even if you haven't waited 17 months or whatever, complain, because the processing time of 26-29 months affects everyone!

Hi guys i lodged my 887 through Agent on sept 2018, i live in regional area and have to spend whole day to meet my agent and now a days my agent doesnt even  response to any of my call or text. i dont have username and password so is there any chance i can still login to my immi account by myself or do i need to depend on my agent

What should I write in complaint ? 

Tell them you have wait this long and you have provided all the required documents and ask them to kindly finalize your application.

you will guarantee to get a generic response but they will still forward your case to the processing team.

Write to them and explain that you applied in Sept 2018, and that you were contacted in November, you supplied the relevant documentation and that you have had no contact since. Say you would like a decision made on your application. Include that you have been waiting nearly 19 months, and that the 887 Visa processing time of 26-29 months is causing you concern and is impacting your life.

It doesn't need to be long, but needs to be polite. And say you would like an update on your application!

We got our 887 visa today (couple). We applied on 23 July 2018. CO Michael requested English test for main applicant and health checks for both of us on 13 Sept 2019. Our previous visa was a 475 visa (yes, a 475 visa, perhaps one of the last ones) that took 6.5 years to be granted (we have a Master and Phd in patience). In Bridging Visa from December 2018. Granted today 28 April 2018. CO Vineetha
