  3. First Question My spouse has 6 Demerit Points on DL for jumping Red Light. Fine was paid straightway and No court facing at all. Can we still apply for Citizenship or do we need for Points to be removed first and then apply for Citizenship for him. Thanks
  4. Hi You do not need Health check for 887 (except for Newborn) unless it is asked by your CO at later stage.

  7. HI After grant, you will receive letter from Medicare regarding that they have been informed by DIBP and will send you Green medicare automatically and to check, download Medicare App and link it with MyGov. You will see a Green Medicare in APP automatically.
  8. No Mate, it will be only one Immi account which you will use to fill up the application form wherein it is gonna ask you to mention the details of all applicants who are accompanying with you. If you are lodging yourself, dont get confused, once you start filling the application, just save it. Once you are sure all the details mentioned are correct, then submit the application. After submission, it will take you to a page which will give you an option to upload documents for every applicant individualy.
  9. Hi No need to have documents certified like payslips, bank statements, lease documents, id proofs, Tax and Super docs. Documents for every applicant on your file shud be seperated. If you have system generated payslips, let those be as it is for whatever period those belong to but if you are scanning multiple documents to make one PDF file, just check on DIBP website for max file size.   10. Hi, I am and I was in Australia when I got my PR. I had mentioned this in above message because it was in discussion earlier that most of 489 offshore applicants are being asked for English Test now for 887 but I was not asked.

  14. Thanks Mate My Ielts was expired at the time of 887 lodgement and my all qualifications were completed in India. I am happy that my application was not considered for the above while Granting the PR but I don't understand on what basis, Primary applicants are being asked to prove their language ability by the Adelaide office. All processing Offices have same work process to follow.

Application Date 25 March 2019 Direct Grant Date 20 May 2020 CO Vely, GSM Brisbane Family of 3 from India 489 offshore applicant, Having Overseas qualifications, No IELTS was asked, Only uploaded documents as per the 887 cheklist on website.
