Most personal trainers earn $20 an hour, you cant charge an more as that is the standard rate most trainers charge. Male personal trainers are in more demand than female trainers here. I feel there are to many personal trainers here, that you have to be exceptionally good to succeed !! Also be aware that most people wont employ you, or hire you as a personal trainer unless you have completed the Australian Institute of fitness personal trainers course ! One hour massages range from $20-30 an hour also with the exception of the city which places charge more.

I belive they still run Hip-hop dancing classes at the Hallett Cove South school, as my daughter went there for a while on a Wednesday evening.

I have many friends here in Adelaide trying to sell their house in the Uk. They had lower offers before they left for Adelaide now they wished they had accepted them as just want to get rid of their house. A couple of my friends on the other hand decided to rent their houses out for a year and wait to see if the housing market improves in the UK. Just remember you will have to send money back if any repairs need doing. I personally can not see the market falling in Adelaide as has slowed down at the moment due to the high interest rates. Adelaide is one of the only affordable states in Australia if you compare with other states such as Sydney and Perth. You will have younger people moving interstate to afford to buy a home in Adelaide also.

We stayed at the Adelaide shores West Lakes Caravan camp in a cabin for 4 weeks when we arrived. It had 2 bedrooms and very comfortable and a lovely location. It was certainly a lot cheaper than any fully furnished houses we looked at the time.

Hi Information I can find on children and sitting in the front !! I personally would never let my child sit in the front as if involved in a crash the impact can be more serious and in cases fatal !! Im afraid I have seen to many serious road accidents whilst on the traffic police !!! Child passengers Seat belts and child restraints have made a great difference to the safety of children in cars and it is important to make sure that there are suitable restraints available when your children travel in a car. If all seats in the car are occupied and you need to carry extra passengers, including children, you are allowed to do so, but for safety reasons it is not wise to do this. It is not safe to let your children lie down and sleep on the seat. It is against the law for two passengers, even two children, to use the same seat belt. The law does not forbid children riding in the front seat of a car, provided they are using proper restraints. However, the front passenger seat is the least safe seat in the car and provides less protection for the passenger than any other seat.

I live in Adelaide because work brought us here ! But if I had a choice would go to Brisbane 1st as I believe more opportunities for the future, also milder winters as so cold here in Adelaide !! I have been to Brisbane and all other states in Oz.

[ New South Wales (Sydney) police also do overseas recruitment but aren't currently but it is worth keeping eye on their website for when they start recruiting again. I would prefer to joing SAPOL but beggars can't be choosers could always transfer police forces within Australia if successful. Hi SAPOL is recruiting overseas police officers But may not for many more years. Western Australia WAPOL recruits overseas also and recognises rank as I see your a skipper. But again they may not recruit for much longer. New Zealand are recruiting overseas police officers also. (The above is obviously when they open their recruitment drives in the year) I do not believe NSW are recruiting overseas officers. But as you say you can transfer once you have been here 2 years. Check the police forum out !!

My friend lives in Aldinga and loves the area as has lots of land which suits her as she has 10 horses. She has a 4 year old son and said she would not consider sending him to the schools in that area !

My daughter goes to the school and its great she went from a quiet girl when she started to an outging girl within the week. The classes are small and the teachers are very experienced ! The way of teaching is excellent. They have everything to offer from sports to music. They also came 1st in the South Australia "shop for your schools in they group" winning many prizes for their school.In my opinion its a fantastic school. But every person will think their school is the best one in Adelaide, it depends on how your child settles at the school and if they progress in their education. Saying that if I had the money she would be going to Westminster school:jiggy: tomorrow !!!!
