  1. Any updates from anyone in the group after passing citizenship test. Mine is still says received 3 weeks now after passing the test.
  2. That's great, I'm feeling bit concerned because it has been almost 2 weeks for me since I have passed the test and the status of my application is unchanged- still shows Received. Is there anyone else in the group who has passed the test and their application status shows still Received? Thanks in advance.
  3. Great news, just out of my curiosity, did you guys also received any email from immigration like we had received one when our PR got approved? Like any auto letter generator email saying your application has been finalised and grant letter attachment or any communications? Thanks in advance.
  4. Great news, you have been really lucky to get it approved on the very next day of your test, I'm really happy for you, few of us have applied around your lodgement date, and sat for the test as well, but after the test we haven't received any outcome or update on our application yet. Hopefully soon!
  5. Hello everyone, One of my friend had applied for citizenship 3 weeks ago and he has been invited in mid July for the test and interview. My question is do they (department of home affairs) review or assess the application first and once the secrunity and other checks have been completed and everything is fine then they invite the applicant or they just scheduled the test first and then assess the application after? Any expertise/knowledge on the above query will be greatly appreciated. Cheers
  6. Perfect, thank you so much. Also, just wondering-will it let me to submit the application if I have one document pending to attach/submit? My son is unwell and I need to get his photos done to fill form 1195 and submit once completed. Appreciate your expertise and time. Thank you
  7. Hi guys Could you please advise asap what do I select the answer for below question on citizenship online application Has this applicant entered or departed Australia since July 1990? We have been here for few years now and we did travel to visit family back home, I'm bit confused what to answer for this? Could you please advise. Thank you
  8. Hi There I'm going to lodge my citizenship application early next month, just wondering, is Driving Licence compulsory document to be submitted? My wife doesn't drive and she doesn't have the Licence. Can we submit anything else instead of Driving licence? Please advise. Thanks
  9. Hi dear, Congratulations for your new addition into your family. Step 1 You need to fill out form 1022 and email it to skill support email address to advise about new addition, also in your email please mention that you are going to apply passport and birth certificate for your child and will update the department soon as you receive it. Step 2 Apply for birth certificate. - upload the birth certificate into immi account and send it to skill support email address. (Which takes around 8 weeks-depends which states you live in) PS: once they receive birth certificate then they will grant 489 visa and BVA to your baby. Step 3 When you receive birth certificate - you need to apply for passport. When you receive the passport then please upload the passport into immi account and send it to skill support email. Hope the above information helps you. All the best
  10. Hi Teena, I had complained through my immi account.
  11. Yes, I did complain on last Wednesday and then received the generic response saying to wait as I'm under the current processing time. Thanks
  12. Morning Everyone, I have received my golden email this morning., PR GRANTED I can't believe today is my lucky day to announce that we have got PR today. 1. Applied on 4/10/2018. 2. First contact on 22/01/2020 asking current employment, wife's medical and bank statements- I had provided all these documents before except my wife's medical which was done during 489 application and got asked again. CO Regina. 3. Blessed with the baby in Feb, got 489 and BVA for my son on 3.04.2020. 4. Another request from CO Katherine on 30.04.2020 asking for my new born son's medical and his passport (which I was waiting from the embassy to send it to me) - submitted above documents on 05.05.2020 PR granted today on 11.05.2020 (my 489 was going to expire tomorrow) Finally My PR granted, and the case officer is LISA. All the best to everyone who is waiting for their golden email and more than happy to answer any queries here. Thank you, god bless you all for sharing your knowledge and expertise here with members.
  13. Hi charanjit, I have also uploaded A letter from GP and signed emedical form to my immi account for my son he is nearly 3 months old. Do you know what else I need to do in this matter? Also, In my immi account underneath of my son's name it shows medical examination required- I don't know why it says the medical examination required given my son is under 6 months. Please advise Thank you
  14. I Have got exactly the same request from CO, my son is nearly 11 weeks now., I have been to GP and got the letter about my son's health also I signed the emedical consent form and have uploaded to my immi account. I'm curious to know the definition of "the paper medical " too. My question is does it mean the on the paper medical has been completed, ? Or something else needs to be done? Lastly to confuse myself more I have seen the HAP ID on my immi account underneath of my son's name saying this person needs to complete medical 501, I strongly believe that under 6 months old child does not need to do the medical check up done at BUPA center? Please correct me guys if anyone has any expertise on this. Appreciate all your help.
  15. Hi JayK, Do you mind asking how old is your baby now? I'm on the same boat, Thank you
  16. Hi dear, My son is not even 3 months old and I believe he doesn't need to do medical at Bupa center. Your baby is over 2 years old so it makes sense. Is there anybody else in the group can shed some light on this please. Thank you.
  17. RE POSTING Hi guys, I'm bit confused about my son's medical request from co. Would you guys please help me to understand below scenario. I have received a request from co about my son's on the paper medical to be done- however on the letter it says before co ask me to complete on the paper medical she would like me to provide a letter from GP and a signed copy of the consent form. Does it mean that I have to complete something else apart from providing a letter from GP and consent form? (To complete the medical request for my son) Also I can see the referral letter is sitting in my immi account under my son name and say 501 medical examination needs to be completed - ,however he is under 6 months old and therefore he doesn't need to do this -am I right guys? Also, could anyone please share a sample template or a format of GP Letter for new born please. Appreciate all your help , thanks in advance

  19. Sorry Shazi, I'm unable to view above screenshot , can you please share it again please? Thanks
  20. That would be great Shazi, I will need a sample letter as well So I can complete my son's medicalrequest. Thank you
  21. If the child is older than 6 months then it's required the medical to be done at Bupa center, and if the child is under 6 months then it just needs to be done with the GP. Hope it helps.
  22. Great, and what about e medical consent form, we just need to sign it or it has to be signed in front of GP? So in nutshell, we need to submit a letter from GP along with this e medical consent form signed by us for new born, is that right? Thank you in advance.
  23. Hi Anthony, I have received the similar email to yours about my new born's medical to be done by GP , Just wondering do you or any members from this group has/Have a template which I can use to complete my son's medical please. Appreciate all your help. Thank you
