I m on 487 visa.

 

No IELTS required, even no need to provide any evidence for competent english for partner. She did when applied 489.

 

One year full time work proof

residential proof

tax assessments

AFP check

Overseas PCC

form 80 and 1221 for all applicants age over 18 yrs

Medicals

Hey guys just got a quick question. I applied for 887 from 489. got married before applying for 887. added my spouse as non accompanying dependent on the application for 887. case officer requested for her medical and PCC. submitted both yesterday waiting for a response. she is a Swiss citizen and she is currently living with me in Adelaide on 1 year visit visa. Do I have to lodge a new visa for her as a spouse visa or is there anything that can be done to get her, I did not pay any visa fee or anything for her as there was no option for that on 887. any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

I just checked my email , it seems that they have batch job which run at early morning to send this kind of emails.

Congratulations to those who granted the Permanent Resident....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

But My question is not related to any PR.

 

Can any one help me this out.

 

My parents visit to Australia February This year 2015 and they have been granted for 1 year single entry Visitor visa (subclass 600)

unfortunately they went back to their country, recently (June 2015) because my MOM was not feeling well to stay further.

 

Can my Father apply Visit VISA again and come next month ?

 

Or Does he needs to stay until the first Visit VISA get cancelled. ? or any are there any suitable arrangement ?

 

Appreciate positive reply.

Ur dad needs to apply again. First visit visa already got cancelled when u exit australia regardless of expiry date.
