Hi guys

I am new to the forum willing to submit my application soon, I need to clarify one issue regarding the PCC. As I remember I have already submitted 3 Police Certificates for 3 different countries during my application for 489. My question is should I submit all these Documents again for 887 ? Especially for the country which I have never visit after Last submitted PCC date?

Only a CO can answer your query.In my case, i just submitted the expired PCCs for all countries i lived to and never affected the grant of my visa.

Thanks WGar for your reply, what did you mean "I just submitted the expired PCCs" ? As the PCC last for 12 months, I believe all your PCCs should expired when submitting 887 after more than 2 years ? Am I correct ?

Yes, its the same PCCs i submitted when i applied my 489 visa and were expired. It is still up to the CO if he/she will require you an updated one based on your circumstances.

It seems like they are stalling the visa issuing process. So far I've been asked twice to provide documents which were not marked as recommended and each time took about a month to get an update, asking me for more documents! They never reply on emails either.

 

Does anyone have have any email where I can complain about? Someone had mentioned in a previous post that had to contact a supervisor or something, cause he was asked for papers that made no sense to be asked for.

 

I can imagine a room full of employees near their retirement, trying to figure out how the computers work and keep getting notifications about SLA expires: "Sh@t! I got to answer something to that applicant, what will that be? Yeah, lets choose a random template and ask him/her for more documents, that's it! "

The Co ask my daughter to do health check,but sent wrong HAP ID to me...I try so many time email or call them,but no one give me any help...Maybe I need complain it together...:arghh:
