guys, how many have been sent emails to all those ministers on the list from this group? I haven't received a single response.

What if we all complain using the letter that Mark wrote ( but personalising it) via the immi complaints channel? I know that we complained to the channels that Mark listed in that email - but would be good to potentially complain as @Maninder did.
