If they have already checked IELTS, they should have checked your Degree and Medium as well. If you provided them with your English degree details, I don't think anyone needs to upload anything again

Thats sound logically... DVR

Apparently it seems there was an error in one of the files  relating to my offshore PCC, they asked to resubmit it again.

and

English -  Evidence of your functional English language ability for Primary Applicant

My IELTS was expired at the time of 887 application.

I think it will not same for all cases... it may vary for  onshore and offshore, language / medium of study done etc..

It is very much required.

As others are not too far now and if they start asking for language ability to all primary applicants, that is just a way they hv found to delay the process.

I think they are asking for IELTS to primary applicants who have lodged their 489 application from offshore (which is still unfair) Can a 489 onshore application prove me wrong in here? Your response would be highly appreciated. Cheers,

I don’t know I had masters in science & had scored overall 8 in Pte when I applied for 489 but now they are asking for 4.5 hilarious !

I agree with you but they have to clarify at this stage now so that Apr 19 onwards applicants can be prepared accordingly.

of course, but it was nor the condition of 887 application and neither updated on website, as well.  seems unfair...
