not a big deal, lot of companies including coles don't have letter head and providing employment letter through emails with contact details of authorized signatory. if CO want to verify, they have many ways / tools for it.

Thanks Raj,, Sense of satisfaction now

Just got contacted too. Applied 27th Feb.

They asked for AFP and information about my work which I already provided so I guess I'll need to reattach it and maybe provide more?

I saw it on my immi account, agent haven't even contacted me yet smh

Hi everyone,

Could you please advise, my agent said that there are no required medical check for 887. Is it right?

Because I am planning to have a baby but worry about the XRay would harm baby. Are there any way to do medicak check before we get contacted?

Thank you so much

Once you have your baby .. you could request a document from hospital that the baby is healthy and fine .. the check list includes Height, weight and head circumference.  Once you baby is born thy update the Blue book ( Adelaide, SA) abt other stuff as well .. like hearing test, vaccinations and other .. you could also upload a copy of same as well..

I submitted Payslips till the week the agent applied, employment contract & Bank statements plus a letter from my employer mentioning the date I started (I still work there).

They suggested 'evidence may include but is not limited to':

- Personal bank statements showing received wages for claimed period

- Superannuation statements issued by super fund company showing employers contribution throughout claimed period

- Any other evidence can be verify by an independent third party and/or govt. authority

- Notice of assessment issued by ATO

- PAYG/Group certificates ...

Do I have to attach all or just either?

I have 1,4 & 5. My super statement doesn't say my employers name, not sure what 3 is

imo, you should provide them with 1, 2, 4, 5. these are all essential from my understanding. Don't miss any of these. No 3 can probably be ignored if you don't have any.

Thanks MMM!! and hys887.

Still haven't heard from my agent 🙄

But I have applied for the AFP check.

I have also started compiling everything again so I don't get a second request from them. I have:

- Personal bank Statements showing received wages

- Superannuation statements issued (I went to the ATO website and it was there!!

- I added invoices of some items I bought and got delivered to work for 2018, 2019 & 2020, hopefully this works? Wasn't sure what else to add

- Notice of assessment from ATO and

my PAYG/Group Certificate.

Please guys let me know if I have missed anything or should add anything else. Thanks

something else I could think of might be the customer copy of tax return or at least a tax return summary which you could find from mygov then ato portal. Those two would give more details than notice of assessment and mostly importantly, they'd show your employer/payer's name. If im not wrong, notice of assessment itself doesn't show your employer's information.

the invoices for things you bought and delivered to work might not be count as important but adding them wouldn't hurt or cost you anything, so, just add them.

just make sure all the evidences you provide would cover at least a full year period, and it'd be even better if covering more than a year.

@MMM, Thanks Buddy, I just logged into MyGov and verified that Super contribution details with Employer details are there !! Thanks buddy, however, until I become a permanent employee, the entries show as "Employee details can't be displayed" - not sure what means though. Therefore, will keep only the Super statement from the provider. Cheers MMM
