if you read their email carefully, they would have explained you what exactly they want. Just open up all the attached documents in the email and go through each line. normally in one file they write the full explanation about the exact nature of all the particular documents they need.

Thank you for your reply, I just saw your message right now. Cert III isn't a degree. Also thanks for advising me trying AMEP. I will ring them tomorrow to see how it goes, however I have heard AMEP doesn't have any assessment without passing their course.

AMEP does assessment first to see where you stand in the level scale. and if you are not reaching level 4, u r deemed suitable for their course. And I can tell you, that it's not that hard for a person, who can handle a bit of English. Basically it is designed for people who have zero English speaking background. But need to develop their English to a functional level, so that they are fit for job hunt in Australia.

I know what u r talking about. I was confused as well at first. But if you go and click the name of your parents in the place where it shows up in immi account. Then you can see the remark as "No documents required at the moment". So I guess the name of non-migrating members just shows up as you have included them while filling in ur application. Nothing to worry about....cheers

Did you add them as dependent in your previous visa? If you added them as dependent applicants you have to prove they are dependent or remove them from applicants list by sending 1022 I guess. Double check it before you proceed.

nah, i am sure its big concern.. , What they said " No Documents required AT THIS MOMENT" , Whenever CO get allocated on my case, he would ask me for more evidence to prove that How my parents are Dependant on me, ....

TO PROOF THAT WE ARE LIVING AT A SPECIFIC ADDRESS, DO U GUYS HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT SORT OF DECLARATION OR LETTER CAN BE MADE IF A PERSON IS STAYING WITH FAMILY MEMBERS AND IS NOT A TENANT. SO, THERE IS NOT TANANCY AGRRMENT AND what declaration can be given to them by the owner of the house instead of tenancy agreement.

yeah...u jus need to take the print out of the statutory declaration, ask one of your family member to fill the declaration form saying that you are staying along with them for so and so period and they know you since xyz time...both u and ua family member who is declaring, go to one of the JP and sign the declaration infront of him, since he will be the witness. All I did was write up a declaration in my landlord's name stating the dates from when to when I was staying there, and got a signature from my landlord with the name and the latest bill (electricity, gas) which is in his name.
