Are you sure its not an appliance plugged in that is causing the smell .For an ant to fry it would have to go between the live terminal and the neutral ,this is very unlikely though .I have never heard of it before ,mice yes they cook great behind sockets and cookers when the chew threw the wiring . You should have an r.c.d (Safety switch) at the board which will trip if there is an earth fault.Also a circuit breaker if there is an overload or short. Cheers Dean

Hi What a sad story . I have suffered from depression and i am not ashamed to admit it .Still from time to time i get really low .Some times i wonder if moving to Australia was the right thing to do and if it was right for the whole family . We made a choice as a family to move to Australia and now me and my Ex wife are separated in a foreign country . Nothing can prepare you for what is going to happen or how you feel when you move here .Sometimes i wake up and think im still in the Uk ,sometimes i wish i still was there . But in my heart of hearts i know i belong here .Although circumstances have changed drastically . Thoughts go out to his family. Cheers Dean

Hi Our road has been hit pretty hard the last few nights with tagging which is a totally pointless pass time .It seems to coincide with the school holidays which is a shame . Hi There is a brilliant Karate club at Seaford rise primary school on a Tuesday and Thursday night .It is run by a guy called Dave .Its the Boars Karate group .They also have a place at O'hallern hill that does Karate and kick boxing . Classes at Seaford start at 5.15.I go and take my 10 year old boy with me .Its great for the kids as they do quite allot of street wise stuff .Worth a try as first night free. Cheers Dean

We only insure part of our shipment and that was a waist of time .My tv turned up with a broken case and the insurance company only paid half the value as it still worked . Think we also paid for insurance for sea snails as well.

Hi Put an offer on a house yesterday in writing . The Estate agent phoned to say that the Vendor had excepted the offer verbally .Then she said that someone else is looking at the house today as well .Does this mean that the verbal acknowledgement and acceptance of the offer is rubbish if the next people offer more .Sounds like a form of Gazumping . Just wondered if anyone else has had the same experience .
