Hi Honey, You can generate a hap ID yourself before submitting your 887 visa application. However, only a CO can generate one for you after submission.

Hi Tsep, Your child does NOT have to do an x-ray. All that is required is the normal medical examination (501). COs do not even ask for blood tests to be done. BUPA might however ask your child to do some blood tests in addition to what the CO have asked. Good luck bro.

Yaaay!!! Just when I decided to continue sipping my drink, I received a mail from immi. My heart flattered and I thought, "this can't be good". I checked well and there were 3 golden love letters from the Department of Home Affairs, CO Dat. My family and I are now proud Permanent Residents of Australia??. Here I was, thinking the COs have started an early weekend. Alas, my weekend is starting tonight and I'm not working tomorrow. Oh what a feeling!!! ? My advise, keep on sipping lots of juice???!!! lol?

Congrats B3st. Updating immi on your new born baby will likely delay your grant by at least 6 months. You'd be asked to get a passport for your child, apply for 489 and wait till he/she is 6 months old for medical assessment to be performed. Alternatively, you could just go ahead with your current application without including your baby now. After getting your PR, you can then apply for one for your baby. That might however be more expensive. You might want to talk to an immigration expert on this

I was happily sipping some juice when I saw a single email of immi. I spat the drink out and screamed "SINGLE?" That can't be good I thought, because I was expecting 3 golden emails for each member of my family. Lo and behold, a CO who calls himself Adam is requesting for Evidence of English Language Ability for my wife. Now, this information wasn't requested during the initial assessment because she has a valid IELTS results which is still less that a year old. Looks like I'm not getting a grant until some time next year. Oh well, I might as well continue sipping my juice?
