Yes, it's very long time and I don't know why, and would never get that answer, and don't need to know now.

Hi everyone. After couples times of complaint, yesterday I got the message that case has been allocated, and further assessment. Who received this notice and give me a guidance? Don't know what game they are playing.

To be honest, call them nearly everyday for the past week. But the customer services has nothing to do with co.
