Hi all,

 

I've been offered a job north of city start term 3 so we are looking to leave our rental.

 

Its fully furnished rental in Sellicks beach

 

5 minute walk to beach

5 minutes drive Aldinga beach

15 minutes drive to Seaford

 

two story with stunning sea views from upstairs living and deck

4 bed, two living, two bath, garage, outside contained garden (good size) outdoor undercover area downstairs as well as entertaining deck upstairs

 

It is fully furnished, everything you would need and really nicely done too

 

$350 a week fully furnished - BARGAIN!

 

we love it here and love being able to look out on the Ocean, walk to beach, views of hills etc but it is a long way from city, an hr outside of rush hour- not sure how long it wld take in rush hour!!!

 

depends what you are looking for

 

we aren't in a rush as don't need to move straight away- our lease is until November.

It's an awesome rental and as lease finishes in November it's basically 6 months ( from now -end of April) fully furnished at half the price of normal fully furnished rentals being $350 a week

What a lovely house and at that price!!! $350 is much less than I pay on my mortgage. Sign me up!

You may struggle to find parking during the viewing as you can't get an unfurnished rental in a dodgy area for that price.

That's unbelievable, the only bad point would be that it is a long way out.

What's the catch?

Looks like a stunning house. It should have been snapped up. Apart from the travel distance and limited transport links I don't see why it's still available.
