Hi Guys,

 

I am awaiting my PR. My 475 TR expires on 15/3/2016 (Applied 15/10/2015 - Six months after application is 15/4/2016).Then my bridging Visa comes into effect. Once this happens does the 8539 restriction still apply(working in regional area) ? or to put it simple can i work in the city? Thanks & Regards

Hi guys, I applied for 887 visa from 489 state sponsorship. I filed my application on 23rd December 2015, I just got misunderstood that once we get 887 bridging visa, we can live in Perth. I moved to our relatives house on 25th feb 2016 and attach notifications form of change in circumstances to update the address and even rang immigration to inform them but they inform me that I can't live in Perth and explained that I m still under 489 conditions until it expires so I decided to move back n now I have moved back and informed immigration of my regional address.. I m very stress now. Will the CO is going to take it as breach. Any suggestions guys

HI Everyone.....I am new to this forum , but has been following this for long.... I have few questions in regards to applying for 887 visa....Hope any body could help me out with that....

I have been living with my friends for 2 years so i dont have any residence proof on my name like any utility bill , or rent agreement .....But i have my license on that address , and other documents which i have been getting through post .

I have been working and living in regional area which i can prove with my offer letter and bank statement.

As per my offer letter my job is part time but i am working more than 38hrs per week which includes working on Sunday with same company.

Just wanted to know will there be any problem if i apply for 887 visa with these documents or is it alryt to proceed.

Looking forward for a help from someone.

I saw your application processing time is very very short. Did you send any emails or call DIBP to push them? I applied 887 on 25 Feb 2016, My baby will birth on 10th of May, I really want to grant the visa before my baby come out. Do you have any ideas? Thank you very much.

Time line:applied 489 in May 2013 and got 489 grant on 01 July 2013.entered Perth on 30 November 2013.Applied for 887 on 01 December 2015 and got grant on 30 December 2015.

Hai friends, CO ask us do Medicals for me and my wife they given HAP ID's in mail. But when I tried to book online for medicals it asking me to select tests dont know what to select then I rang the BUPA and they said with given HAP ID's nothing is coming up in their system so better to contact immigration to fix it. I send an E-mail to CO about this issue and waiting for response. Any one face this problem before??? and strangely while login in Immi account it showing no health examination reqired..

I got my grant letter today.

 

Below are key details:

 

6/7/2015 - Applied

31/8/2015 - CO allocated and requested docs: - 2 years residency proof, - work proof and police clearance

3/9/2015- docs submitted with query for police clearance

14/9/2015 - CO confirmed I will need Indian police clearance

18/9/2015- Indian PCC submitted (I had already applied for it beforehand)

25/9/2015 - Visa granted

Docs submitted: Payslips, bank statements with salary credits, emplyment contract, employment reference letter, stat declaration for address, banks statements for address.

My nationality is Indian.

 

Lesson learnt : Submit all docs in the beginning (though I did but I could have provided more proof in the beginning itself which I did not)

Hai friends, CO ask us do Medicals for me and my wife they given HAP ID's in mail. But when I tried to book online for medicals it asking me to select tests dont know what to select then I rang the BUPA and they said with given HAP ID's nothing is coming up in their system so better to contact immigration to fix it. I send an E-mail to CO about this issue and waiting for response. Any one face this problem before??? and strangely while login in Immi account it showing no health examination reqired..

hey mate,

no idea with this, but try calling general enquiry 133 881 seek their advise..... or what I think they might take two or three days to upload information in HAP ID.

keep on chasing Immi no. and Bupa...

I have got my PR recently and I am going to apply for my wife. Can anyone tell me that do I need to apply from my immi account or do I need to open a new immi account for my wife and apply from there ? And I think the visa no will be 309 subclass 100.

 

I would appreciate if someone response with this issue
