HI Puitta & Nov14 thanks.

 

I got all coloured...so that means wont required attestation.

 

Plus I have read somewhere is this thread that, online docs/ downloaded docs wont need attestation (e.g. payslips, internet, electricity, gas and water bills)..Can you please advise on this as well...

My file was reopened on 23rd feb...again docs were requested as they were unable to access my attachments

So attached docs same day...but called immi n they said co will open the file only after 28 days....so i guess no grant for me till 24 march.

Vj most of my friend applied online and attached coloured copies they all got grants but one of my friend did black and white then co requested her to certify it or send coloured copies. So if u attaching scanned coloured copies then u don't need it to be certified.

Hi Guys

 

No Update from IMMI Yet, i was asked for More documents again on 23rd Feb after waiting 2 Months since the CO was allocated. Now it has been over 5 Months since the application was lodged.

 

27 Days to go now until the 6 Months are up. All you can do is wait and eventually there will be a good outcome.

i applied on 13th nov hopefully i will get it this week. i came to Australia in 2006. it has been almost 10 years. i recon m the most unlucky person among all of you guys. i had to go to MRT because of refusal due to form 1100. the guys who went to lawyers against immigration decision about form 1100 disputes are my friends they took all my details. they spent around 18000$ but the matter was sorted by immigration. have faced all sorts of hazards so far. just hoping for a direct grant this time.

Best wishes mate. what doco your CO asked? did you call/made any contact with immi about the wait. i can see you are waiting for 2 and half months now after CO allocation.

1. My wife don't have surname/family name as per her passport. she has only two words given name

The following errors have been encountered:

1. Field 'Family name' must have a value "

 

Hint is saying” Format rules - general

• Where there is only one name, enter that name into the Family Name field.

If you are unsure as to the Family name, enter all given names into the Family Name field and leave the Given Names field blank.

 

Is someone has this type of error?

 

2. At the time of submit for spouse details

The following errors have been encountered:

The information you have entered has not enabled us to identify family unit member “Spouse Name”. Please check and re-enter details. If we cannot identify your family unit member please record their details as a non accompanying dependant. For further information or assistance, please contact an office of this department. See: eVisa Enquiries and Technical Help

 

Just to add, she just got new passport last month

i think if u have only given name then it goes to family name field and leave give name field empty...as u said ur wife received new passport...i think u r require to update information with immigration...as she has got new passport number...just give a call to immigration and udate wife's detail....i think system having previos passport information which is not letting u to go further or showing some errors...thanks
