thanks for reply , i called AFP and they told me same thing. i have applied for APF check.

 

yes i uploaded both form 80 and all bank statements when i had submitted my application. they didnt ask anything else.

They need AFP police clearance as it is different than other nation clearance. When you apply it select reason commonwealth and after that then they will give you options and you should select immigration. this police clearance they need.

 

now can you tell me if uou uploaded form 80 or bank statements with application. if not, did they ask later on?

CO takes up to 28 days as 10July said.

 

And about the grant notification, if you have applied through an agent, the mail would go to the point of contact specified in the application (agent). And if you have applied yourself, then the mail would be sent to you. But in both cases, your immi account will reflect the outcome for sure.....cheers !!!

They donot normally ask documemts which you have already submitted for the whole time duration you are claimimg for. They might be asking some additional documents which supports your claims. If you donot mind can you share with us which documents did u submit to claim ur employment.

im a sole trader, works on ABN...

i provided...contract letter, invoices, ATO statemets, accountant statemts, reference letters, ABN details etc...i dont understand watels would they require...

has anyone got an issue regarding -(a non-migrating dependent), while doing visa application i had written my parents name as a non-migrating dependent , when I submitted my application, I found my parents name appears just below my name on immi account as a applicant, bit confused now, DO i need to provide extra documents and health assessment of my Parents?-- cheers guys

To prove functional English these are documents that you need to submit

In your case as you have submitted proof of Cert III studies, is it equivalent for a degree ?

 

Another fast and best way would be to get in touch with an Adult Migrant English Program or AMEP accessor, usually operates within TAFE and get an assessment done for a functional English.

This method is good as its costing you nothing and fast compared to IELTS or TOEFL or anything…..All you have to do is call and then take appointment for an assessment.

 

And if by any means if someone fails this assessment, you get 510 hours of English education for free, including free child care for the days of class (info for people who are going to apply for PR in next 6 months).

So recommend people to take advantage of this government initiative.

Thank you for your reply, I just saw your message right now. Cert III isn't a degree. Also thanks for advising me trying AMEP. I will ring them tomorrow to see how it goes, however I have heard AMEP doesn't have any assessment without passing their course.
