Hi Marry, 

I think you should not include your parents and bro as non migrating family, as they are not under your family unit. Your family unit is your spouse and kids only. You may want to fill a 1023 form and submit.

Passport size photo should be recent, not more than 6 months, as per the requirement in the list of attachments...

I have recently heard in regards from 1023 I have submitted that as well as my family members are not migrating with me.

I didn't select OTHERS before so I have submitted that form before case officer allocated.
