We are a family of 6 (2 adults 4 children)....our visa has just been granted:biggrin:

 

We are aiming to arrive in Adelaide June/July

 

We are looking to rent temporarily maybe up to 6 months just to establish ourselves.

 

Any help, advice or leads would be great

There are several people who post on here who offer short term accommodation, or you could try www.adelaideaustraliaaccommodation.com.au - I know Donna, whose site that is, has helped out a lot of people coming to Adelaide as she manages a portfolio of furnished properties for their owners

We have a property in the Hyde Park area for rent. This is 10mins for the City, walking distance from King William Road (shops and restaurants) and Unley Road, in the best area for schools.

 

We moved over last October and have just bought a house and so have 5 months remaining on our lease if you would like to take this (expires 5 October).

 

The rent per week is $795. It has 4 bedrooms, large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. It has two bathrooms and an additional toilet, laundry room, office (which is as large as the main bedroom!) and lots of storage. It has a nice backyard with some swings for the kids (not sure how old yours are). It has covered secure parking for two cars.

Hi we are breaking our lease but not moving out till july 31st...urs is a 4/5 bedroom house and is really gorgeous,huge family room/kitchen...master bedroomis upstairs with own en-suite and walk in wardrobe...its in Golden Grove and $ 370 weekly and landlord does 6 or 12 mth lease and we are moving home its the only reason for breaking it,PM me if u want pics or if you are interested :-)
