hi everyone, i am not sure if it is possible but did anyone try to cal to immi and ask to talk directly to the CO who process your application?

I think rest of the feb applications will be processed when they are closer to the 12 months timeframe.. Maybe mid jan..

The trend looks like they will change the processing time and relax for somemore time.

My wife called them twice on the same day with different replies,one asked to wait till processing time and another informed that thy have limited information to our applications.My question s that if someone has to complete 75%of application in 12 -13 months so 75% of us should expect direct grants.

So these are the replies from the customer service officer. They have no idea about the 1023 in the immi account as they cannot see that. They assume both are the same. If you are submitting the form, attached it to your applications under other documents.

So what do I think? Since they are using AI and stuff and to cut down on paper work on their end. Also to prevent any errors that can be made on our part while filling in the notice of incorrect answers. The two sections in the1023 is not clear at all. Therefore checking the following:

What is "Client number or file number issued to you by the department (if known)" mean? 

Question number 16 says "Application details (if known)" asks "Date of Application" "Lodged at" and "Visa Class". These fields should be filled with my current 887 visa lodging results, right? Pls correct if I am wrong.

I didn't filled in the form. I submitted my notice of incorrect answers under immi account/ update details. If using the online method, I think all these questions doesn't appear.

I can only guess an answer to your question so I prefer not to.

Family Unit ....... Family members......family unit...... Family members..... Riddle me this

In the 887 application and reference to form 1497i

Accompanying / non-accompanying Family unit = Spouse and child

Other family members = brothers, sisters, mistress, father, mother

Now you understand, go and prepare a notification of incorrect answers.

 

If you make your CO life difficult your LIFE will be back logged

If you name your files like "%2467.pdf" or "14Nov2018.pdf", and the CO look at it, it will definitely be stash under the table. But I think the CO has stash too many that the processing period is getting longer and longer. Give it clear names like "Bank statement january.pdf"or "Marriage Cert.pdf". Also if your competitor has more documents uploaded than you do, Your life will be backlogged.

 

My Baby look different from the passport!!!

1.       Download the form from this link  https://www.australia.gov.au/information-and-services/public-safety-and-law/statutory-declarations

2.       Select a few your baby's photos (4x6cm) from the passport date to the medical exam date then stick them at the form's footer.

3.       Get support from someone (not your relatives) to fill the form and do JP it.

4.       Example of the declare's content: "The passport's photo and the rest of other photographed are of the same child <your child full name> <DOB> <Address>".

5.       This is actually for the 501 medical but I advise to submit it even before it is call up to save time.

I want to go for holiday as my bridging Visa has not kick in.

My Agent told me not to submit

So far 3 to 4 cases I can think of agent's decision is wrong.

At least 2 types, Rental and bank statement showing expenditure for 2 years. Print and show it to us too. ^_^

 

Proof of employment****

salary and employment letter, Superannuation statement, Tax document, notice of assessment

 

Spouse English

Get your University to write a letter as university course materials might not be recognize by Australia.

 

Relationship with Spouse

Marriage cert is not enough, need to prove continuing relationship

Someone messed up the timeline tracker. Its not reliable anymore. Someone changed my applied date and other applicants date to a different one. I can change mine back but cannot do the others as I dont know their application dates. Who did this?

Look at those waiting times they’re all negative like who the f*ck did this? All applicants are relying on this spreadsheet. Now they dont have anything to look at. God bless who did this. [emoji34]

I would like make a suggestion to the brilliant Creator of the spreadsheet and to this group.

To maintain integrity of data and the information shared on the spreadsheet, do you think it's possible to have a couple or limited number of people who are allowed to update the spreadsheet while the rest of group members on viewing mode only?

Hi yeah we could do that in the future but the problem is that people here come and go after getting the grant and the spreadsheet is passed on to the next applicants for reference of their current timeline. I cant promise myself as well that I could fix the spreadsheet forever because I need to move on too after getting my grant. I was just looking over it for now while I still can and to help@russki as well a bit since shes fixing it as well besides me, I wanted her to get her grant. Now that the current reference spreadsheet are all messed up and not reliable, I dont know how to start again as the CO havent give any grants for the past few days. People that are still here can correct their applied date on the spreadsheet but those who already left the forum after getting the grant wont be able to correct theirs.

Its just sad that some people just doesnt care about anyone else and mess it all up without even thinking. How I wish we could track whoever did this.

Here is what might work . Fix the spreadsheet. Upload to google drive or drop box. That way , it can only be downloaded but not view or edit online .

probably because its too fussy to use (needs registration and logon detail to use etc.) but yeah that might work for current/future applicants.

The webpage looks great but the only important info I personally need are the documents require by the CO. I don't really think it is a good idea to have it on the net where it is google easily. Privacy concern

I can see the applied dates but it seems like it is currently edited by someone.
