Good idea, even for people that are still within the timeframe you can submit a complaint and if you wish you can complaint anonymously.

finally received our grant family of 2

applied 27 october 2018

first contact 09 jan 2020 asked for transcripts for english proof for partner and provided same day

did complain on 8th  april

Got our grant today

soo much relaxed and happy hope everyone get their grant soon

I did the same today! Been waiting over 14 months, so I know this isn't long compared to the processing times, but the more we all complain the better. We have got to be noisy! The squeaky door gets the oil.

In your immi account - there is a "help and support" tab (on the main dashboard). Click on that and then "Client Feedback". Then follow the instructions.

They have to reduce the processing time as they will update the new processing time in few days so expect lot of grants in coming days and then silence for long time...
